Description:
A curated show of rare home movies from the 1930's to the 1950's. All of the selected films are rare, 16mm, original documents of family life in Chicago from Drazin's personal collection. David Drazin is an internationally renowned silent film pianist who has frequently accompanied films at Doc Films, the Film Studies Center at the University of Chicago, the Siskel Film Center at the Art Institute of Chicago, and the Pordenone Silent Film Festival in Italy. Mr. Drazin will provide live piano accompaniment for the screening. Approximately 10 films, 110 minutes.
