At 27, Andrea finds himself with a degree and several girlfriends, but without many prospects for ending his extended adolescence. His time is largely spent hanging out with his lazy roommate Bart and his friend Lucia, an Italo-Indian girl with a complicated love life. When he meets Dolores and has a passionate affair with her, however, Andrea discovers that he can grow up without sacrificing his childlike joy of living.
