Oscar-nominated Macedonian director Milcho Manchevski presents his fourth feature, Mothers, an experimental triptych that blends fiction and documentary to weave a complex and troubling tale about the lives of women in contemporary Macedonia.
Milcho Manchevski is a New York-based, Macedonian-born film director, writer, photographer and artist. His film Before the Rain (1994) won the Golden Lion at the Venice Film Festival, FIPRESCI and Independent Spirit, along with 30 other awards, including an Oscar nomination.
