Dreaming at 24 Frames Per Second
This shorts program features student-made works from the 16mm film production courses in the Departments of Cinema and Media Studies and Studio Art during the winter and spring 2021 quarters. In a range of narrative and experimental films and music videos, people find ways of occupying their time while on lockdown, characters deal with uncontrolled emotions, a couple spends their last moments together, and more.
