Over the past few years, scholars, especially young scholars, have been re-examining experimental cinema as a major filmic and artistic genre, particularly in relation to the other arts and to thinking about its own institutional histories. Keynote speaker: Branden Joseph, Assistant Professor of Art History at the University of California at Irvine.
