Please aim to submit your space use request at least four weeks prior to your desired screening date. Requests made for accommodations within 14 days of your desired screening date will not be considered. Upon receipt of your space use request, we will aim to get back to you within five business days.
If you intend to use our materials for your screening, please note that failure to return materials in accordance with our Access and Loan Policy (24 hours off-site checkout for faculty/lecturers not affiliated with CMS) will impede your ability to use our discs in the future. If you anticipate needing more time with the disc, please let us know in advance so alternative arrangements can be made.
